Recovering people pleaser turned life coach!
I know what it's like to look like you're doing well, while wondering "is this really it" and "who even am I anymore?"
I spent years doing what I thought I should be doing - achieving, people-pleasing, pushing forward - and couldn't understand why I kept burning out and feeling like an imposter in my own body.
Turns out, I was living on autopilot without really knowing who I was or what I needed. Life is too bloody short to live like that!
I realised if nothing changes, nothing changes. This realisation led me into a journey of rediscovering who I really am — learning to understand my emotions, my needs, my values, my voice. Learning to be, not just do. Learning to give myself grace instead of guilt. Learning to let my inner tomboy and goofy side come out again.
Rebuilding that connection with myself changed everything, and that's why I created Mindful Mojo - to give people like you the space and support to reconnect with who you already are and shape lives that feel more you.

My Coaching Approach
I blend reflective conversation, powerful questioning, creative tools and gentle challenge — always from a place of warmth, curiosity and compassion.
I’m a natural cheerleader (minus the pom poms), and I believe you already have everything you need within you. My role is simply to help you hear your own voice more clearly — not tell you how to live your life.

The Mojo Philosophy
The name Mindful Mojo reflects the heart of my approach:
Mindful — slowing down enough to listen inward, deepen self-awareness and make conscious choices
Mojo — the spark, energy, confidence, presence and aliveness that helps you feel grounded, connected and like yourself again
I believe that "finding your mojo" comes when we turn inward with curiosity, self-compassion and honesty, to understand who the hell we already are underneath all the hats and masks we learned to wear so well, before using this awareness to make meaningful changes, shaping a life that aligns with who you are.
To support clarity and reflection, I use what I call The Mojo Dimensions — six interconnected areas that shape how resourced, alive and grounded you feel. These dimensions offer a holistic way to understand your current reality and what might support meaningful change:


Rather than a rigid framework, these dimensions act as gentle signposts. Not to force change, just to notice what's in or out of balance and what might need attention.
